House hunters who’d like an idea of what it would be like to live in a new development in the achingly beautiful canalside village of Napton-on-the-Hill can enjoy a virtual trip through the settlement before committing themselves to a physical exploration.
Hillside Views, created by well-regarded Leamington developer AC Lloyd, offers a small selection of two to four bedroom homes designed to blend into the hillside community.
The flythrough offers a whole minute and a half experience in animated form.
Work on the development is well under way, with a number of the houses already reserved.
Properties currently available include a three-bedroom detached house with garage for around £350,000 and two three bedroom semis and a two-bedroom bungalow for £280,000 or thereabouts.
Those unfamiliar with Napton will be bowled over by the combination of its mellow honey stone cottages, local store, selection of pubs including the rather quaint canalside Folly Inn, village green and school. It even boasts its own cidery.
A chance to view the setting in real life is available by visiting the marketing suite between 10am and 5pm daily except Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
"After viewing our perfect house with ehB we put our house on the market with them and it was sold within 24 hours and they helped us secure our lovely new home. ehB were competitive with their quote for selling our property and they ensured a seamless transaction enabling the chain to complete in less than 8 weeks - far quicker than we ever imagined. We would like to thank the fantastic team at ehB for all that they did to help us."
