Chloe is our full time Property Manager; she has a can-do attitude and a multiskilled approach to her work. Chloe is at the core of the day-to-day Property Management of the Residential Lettings Portfolio and strives to ensure that this is managed to the highest standard on behalf of our landlords, aiming to provide meticulous attention to detail. Having worked previously as a supervisor in hospitality, after finishing further education - Chloe understands how to effectively deal with customers and ensures that tenants have a friendly face and point of contact to answer and deal with all their concerns. Having now completed her Level Three Housing and Property Management qualification with the Apprentice Academy, she has now received her ARLA Propertymark membership, and has a strong desire to continue working and progressing within the industry.
